Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

This website uses Google Analytics to track our visitors. We do not retain personally identifiable information. The information we do use is; gender, age, IP address, country, state, city or other regional characteristics as well as what pages we’re visited and for how long. We also record what method brought you to our site as well as any search conducted or links followed to arrive at our site.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment becomes the sole property of MMH Enterprises. The comment along with its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue. We also reserve the right to erase negative, threatening, harassing racist or otherwise rude and/or insensitive comments.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time by simply submitting a cancel my account request. (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you by deleting your entire account. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service. Also data collected about your visit is sent through Google Analytics. This is so we may track user preferences, continue to improve our site as well as user experience, and know where our visitors are coming from. This allows us to shape content more toward user preferences.

You contact information as well as your member profile, if you register and set one up, are never sold, shared, traded or given away. We treat your information the way we want our information treated. And you have our sincere and honest promise we will never SPAM you. We hate spam as much as you.
